In October 2012, we had the pleasure of working with Kylemore Communities to create a new home. It features many of the design trends we see emerging in the housing market in southern Ontario.
It is a large home at 5,600 sq.ft., but it is carefully crafted to feel warm and comfortable despite its size. Rooms are scaled to have human context, spaces flow well to ensure that functions from one room to another make sense within daily living and furnishing were designed for overall comfort, not just aesthetics.
