This contemporary home was designed with a clear intention: to create a space that feels as refined as it is welcoming. Thoughtfully curated materials, custom craftsmanship, and layered lighting come together to form an elegant yet livable atmosphere—perfect for both intimate family moments and grand gatherings.

From the custom inlay tiles in the foyer to the bespoke artwork by Rob Pennino, each feature reflects the home’s distinctive personality.
Working closely with the artist, tones, textures, and patterns from our design were reinterpreted into each piece, creating a seamless dialogue between the art and architecture.
At the centre of the home lies a kitchen and dining space designed for connection. The kitchen features a custom oversized hood, finished in matte black with subtle gold and champagne accents, lending an unmistakable statement of elegance.
A wraparound porcelain countertop extends effortlessly up the backsplash, creating a sculptural flow throughout the room. Outfitted with Miele appliances and a built-in coffee station, the space balances beauty and performance.
The adjacent dining area celebrates craftsmanship with a marble table flown in from Italy, anchored by a custom base handcrafted by Estate Interiors.
Designed to accommodate family and friends alike, it’s a space where gathering feels natural, and luxury feels lived in.
Light is a defining element throughout the home. Crystal fixtures and layered illumination bring warmth, depth, and movement to every room.
In the great room, metal inlays at the fireplace and porcelain finishes add subtle texture and shine, echoing the home’s sophisticated palette. Custom Marcantonio pieces in the dining and great room blend form and comfort.
Estate Interiors’ upholstered headboard lend softness to the home’s contemporary edge. The result is a refined yet welcoming aesthetic that feels deeply personal.
The ensuite is a study in serenity, an expansive retreat designed for rest and renewal. It features a double vanity, steam shower with dual rain heads, and a freestanding tub framed by a fireplace, combining architectural luxury with spa-like tranquility. A dedicated makeup counter, soft lighting, and custom-cut inlay tiles add thoughtful touches of indulgence.
The adjoining closet suite is equally intentional, with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry designed to maximize space and display accessories beautifully. Every inch serves both function and elegance, embodying quiet sophistication.
The home’s design pays homage to the owners’ own artistry. They are stonemasons by trade, and their appreciation for natural materials, texture, and balance inspired the overall direction. The result is a light, transitional aesthetic that bridges classic craftsmanship with modern refinement.
