Modern Colonial Sanctuary

This Oakville residence sits steps from downtown and the shores of Lake Ontario. We designed this home to offer the perfect balance of urban access and suburban quiet. It is a modern colonial space built for a busy, sophisticated lifestyle.

Success in custom home building relies on a strong partnership. We worked closely with Chatsworth Fine Homes and architect John Willmott to execute a cohesive vision.

The exterior features a crisp white facade and black-framed windows. John Willmott’s symmetrical design provides a timeless canvas for our interior work.

This 4,000 square foot home (plus a bright, walk-out basement) reflects a perfect harmony between architectural structure and interior flow.

Inside, we focused on texture, light, and durability. The open-plan living area stays bright thanks to expansive windows. We chose furnishings that feel high-end but remain approachable for daily use.

The kitchen is a true culinary hub. We integrated sleek cabinetry with professional-grade appliances to ensure the space is as functional as it is beautiful.

We anchored the living room with a rustic wooden coffee table and layered tonal fabrics to create warmth.

The backyard functions as an extension of the interior. A stone-framed swimming pool and a custom wooden deck provide ample space for summer hosting. We included a cascading water feature to add a sense of calm to the entire property.

Located on a quiet, private street, this home offers a retreat from the city. It provides the owners with a sanctuary that values privacy without sacrificing convenience. This project stands as a testament to what happens when expert builders, architects, and designers work toward a single goal. We created a home that will remain stylish and functional for generations.
