Primont Experience Centre

The décor & presentation centre was designed with a polished, monochromatic palette and rich materiality to create a visually compelling and highly functional environment.

We integrated statement lighting, premium millwork and state-of-the-art digital installations for the contemporary home buying experience.

The presentation centre allows multiple projects to be easily displayed at once. Still with soaring ceilings and concrete floors, the softer feel of the decor side is articulated with warm blonde woods, matte finishes, and curvaceous light fixtures.

The décor side offers an open, well-lit space with floor-to-ceiling windows at both the front and back to allow for plenty of natural light.

Finally, the main connector space between these two functional areas is the luxury kitchen and lounge area.

Equipped with a commercial hood and gas range, integrated fridge and freezer, sink, dishwasher, storage, and bar, the kitchen is fully designed for on-site food preparation.

This allows Primont to host gatherings for staff, buyers, brokers, and team members all under one roof.

The newly upgraded front facade had a striking facelift with impressive street presence. The open concept layouts invite movement and interaction between spaces, encouraging engagement while maintaining a sense of design continuity; whilst also having the capability of becoming two distinct spaces.
